Zillah VanCleave
Zillah VanCleave of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Marvin Antle and Cordie Pike Antle, was born March 4, 1919, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 4:28 P.M., Wednesday, June 10, 2009 in Campbellsville. Age: 90
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Salem Baptist Church.
She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
She united in marriage to William VanCleave September 15, 1937. He preceded her in death June 15, 1989.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Edwin and Paula VanCleave of Campbellsville; son-in-law, Haydon Pickett of Campbellsville; five grandchildren: Robby VanCleave, Nikki Bell, and Deanna Campbell of Campbellsville, Jill Todd of SanAntonio, Texas, and Kellie Scott of Louisville; seven great-grandchildren: Alicia Mitchell, Wesley Campbell, and Jared Campbell of Campbellsville, Benjamin Todd and Rachel Todd of Texas, and Colleen Scott and Claire Scott of Louisville; one great-great-grandson, William Braxton Mitchell of Campbellsville; one brother, Veachel Antle of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Cary Pickett August 22, 1997; one grandson-in-law, Rodger Campbell April 9, 200 one great-grandson, Jonathon William Campbell April 4, 199 and two brothers and three sisters: Harvey Antle, Arthur E. Antle, Arvina Taylor, Marie DeSpain, and Christine Fowler.
