No house-to-house collection for WHAS Crusade
WHAS Crusade for Children
This year due to the high cost of fuel and increasing concerns for security, we are no longer doing the house-to-house collection for WHAS Crusade for Children. We will be setting up roadblocks at different intersections throughout the community on Friday (June 4), Saturday (June 5) and Sunday (June 6).
We encourage all residents to drop their donations into the buckets during the roadblocks or come to the fire station and drop it off. However, if you cannot get out and need to have someone pick up your donation, call the fire station at (270) 465-4131 on Friday (June 4) or Saturday (June 5) and we will send a volunteer to your home to pick up the donation.
Remember, we will not be going house-to-house this year. If someone comes calling this year to collect for WHAS Crusade for Children and you have not called the station to request a donation pick-up do not give to them.
