Barbara Ann Roy, daughter of the late Walter James Puckett and Ethel Ballard Puckett Marcum was born February 1, 1942 in Estill County, Kentucky. She died at 4:15 A.M., Saturday, May 1, 2010 in Campbellsville. Age: 68

She was a retired employee of The Grandview.

She is survived by two daughters and two sons: Rhonda Roy, Tricia Sluder and husband, Greg and Ricky Roy of Campbellsville and Jamey Roy of Windsor, Kentucky; four grandchildren: Dustin Sluder, Cody Luttrell, Cory Luttrell and Brittany Sluder; one brother and sister, Jim Puckett and wife, Sue of Ohio and Linda Thorpe and husband,  Terry of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

VISITATION: After 6:00 P.M., Sunday

FUNERAL SERVICE: 11:00 A.M., Monday, May 3, 2010 at the Parrott &  Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by     Bro. Sherman Floyd
