Dwight Herron, 81

Dwight Herron of Campbellsville, son of the late Earl B. Herron and Myrtie Woodrum Herron, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky September 13, 1928.  He died at 1:50 P.M., Thursday, May 20, 2010 in Campbellsville.   Age:  81

He professed faith in Christ and attended Pine Grove Baptist Church.

He was a retired logger and truck driver.

He united in marriage to Flora Mae Wethington Herron in 1952.  She preceded him in death March 4, 2009.

He is survived by a sister, Imogene Lemons of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters:  Guy Herron, Lawrence Herron, Beckam Herron, Winfrey Herron, Cassie Hamlett, Stella Hughes, Lottie Callahan and Ruth Herron.

GRAVESIDE SERVICES:       4:00 P.M., Sunday, May 23, 2010 at Gumm Lick Cemetery in Casey County by Pastor Jeff Edwards
