David E. Wilson, 79
David E. Wilson of Campbellsville, son of the late Bruce A. Wilson and Cynthia E. Polly Wilson, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, April 5, 1931. He died at 7:45 P.M., Sunday, June 6, 2010 in Indiana. Age: 79
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the South Campbellsville Baptist Church.
He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, having served his country honorably in the United States Army.
He was a retired construction worker.
Survived by one daughter and one son: Ellen Murphy of New Albany, Indiana and Steve Wilson of Campbellsville; one granddaughter, Brittany Murphy of Louisville; one brother, James Allen (Petie) Wilson of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, Tommy H. Wilson and two foster siblings: Bobby Briscoe and Mattie Briscoe.
