William Lester “Bill” Tucker, 72
William Lester “Bill” Tucker, age 72, of Campbellsville, died Thursday, July 1, 2010 at his residence after an illness.
He was the son of the late McKinley and Lola Mann Tucker. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Robert Tucker, Frank Tucker, Hubert Tucker and Dan Tucker and half sister, Lela Hicks.
He was a farmer and a member of Fairview Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Connie S. Tucker of Campbellsville, one son, David Lester Tucker and one daughter and son-in-law, Tammi and Jimmy Roution all of Campbellsville, two grandchildren, John Roution & special friend, Megan Kemp and Chase Roution all of Campbellsville, two sisters, Linda Bland and Thelma Sallee both of Campbellsville and half brother, C. W. Mann of Shepherdsville.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11AM, Monday, July 5, 2010 at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Tallow Creek Cemetery.
Family request visitation 5-8 PM, Sunday, July 4, 2010, at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home.
