Jeremy Wayne Perkins of Campbellsville, son of Bobby Perkins and Kathy Johnson Perkins was born July 4, 1977 in Marion County, Kentucky. He died at 2:00 A.M., Saturday, August 21, 2010 in Campbellsville.      Age: 33

He was an employee of Brown-Minneapolis Tank Company.

He is survived by two daughters: Kallie Michelle Perkins of Lebanon and Haley Alexis Huddleston of Springfield; father, Bobby Perkins of Campbellsville; mother, Kathy Johnson Perkins of Elkhorn; one sister and brother-in-law, April and Joe Milby of Greensburg; maternal grandparents, Ray and Frances Johnson of Elkhorn; one nephew, Corey Milby of Greensburg and many other relatives and friends.
