Gerald Ray Pruyear of Campbellsville, son of the late Hershel Lee Pruyear and Anna Ruth Hardin Pruyear, was born April 3, 1961, in Taylor County, Kentucky.  He died at 5:10 A.M., Wednesday, October 13, 2010 in Campbellsville.   Age: 49

He was a farmer and employee of Nally & Haydon Surfacing.

He is survived by one son and two daughters:  Christopher Pruyear and wife, Andrea, Sara Spencer and husband, Nick and Deena Collings of Campbellsville; three grandchildren:  Christopher Pruyear, Jr., Riley Spencer and Elijah Collings; two brothers:  Mikie Lee Pruyear and wife, Elaine of Perryville and Tommy Pruyear and wife, Jill of Campbellsville; special friend, Amanda Urquizo of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
