Kendell Curry, 81
Kendell Curry of Campbellsville, son of the late Henry Curry and Metta Houk Curry was born November 12, 1928 in Green County, Kentucky. He died at 3:50 P.M., Sunday, October 31, 2010 in Campbellsville. Age: 81
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church.
He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict having served his country honorably in the United States Army.
He was a retired plumber with Carroll’s Plumbing.
He united in marriage to MayDean Atwell March 10, 1951.
Besides his wife, MayDean Curry of Campbellsville he is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Michael K. and Barbara Curry of Greensboro, North Carolina and one daughter and son-in-law: Tammy Lynn and Konrad Bents of Edgar, Wisconsin; three grandchildren: Chris Curry of Independence, Kentucky, Taylor Marie Curry and Natalie Curry of Greensboro, North Carolina; two great-grandchildren, Jacob Curry and Simon Curry of Independence, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by one sister and three brothers: Cecelia Tucker, Earnest Curry, Estill Curry and Caswell Curry.
