One Charged with DUI in Two Vehicle Injury Accident on South Columbia Ave

07:23pm – On Wednesday December 8, 2010 a 2000 Chevy Impala being operated by 24 year old James B. Miller of Greensburg was attempting to make a left turn from S. Columbia Ave. onto Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. He turned into the path of a 2006 Chevy Uplander mini-van being operated by 29 year old Shannon Richardson of Campbellsville. Passengers in the Miller vehicle 28 year old Cameron Posey and 29 year old Jessica Swartz both of Campbellsville were transported to Taylor Regional Hospital by private vehicle for treatment. Richardson was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital by Campbellsville Taylor County Rescue. A 4 year old passenger in the Richardson vehicle was also transported to Taylor Regional Hospital by a private vehicle. Miller and another passenger 30 year old Amanda Marcum of Greensburg was not injured.
