Kathryn White, Age 80
Kathryn White of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Otis Hill, Sr. and Mary Sullivan Hill, was born in Marion County, Kentucky, November 18, 1930. She died at 4:30 A.M., Friday, January 7, 2011 in Campbellsville at age 80.
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Soule Chapel United Methodist Church.
She was retired from Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
She united in marriage to George White September 15, 1990.
Besides her husband, George White, she is survived by four sons and three daughters: Charles “Buddy” Gilpin and fiancee’ Kathy Minor, Sue Clarke and special friend Gary Goodin, Kay Eubank and husband Danny, Leslie Gilpin and wife Peggy and Shelia Mudd and husband Ricky of Campbellsville, Phillip Gilpin and wife Brenda of Lexington and Gary Gilpin of South Carolina; four step-children: Cindy Amick and husband Sonny of Chesapeake, Virginia, Donna White of Wendell, North Carolina, Bonnie Fugere and husband Mike of Norfolk, Virginia and Doug White and wife Shayne of Gastonia, North Carolina; twenty grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister, Jerry Hill and wife Dottie of Indiana and Rita Crouch of Bardstown; and several other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Billy Joe Clarke; two sisters and one brother: Imogene Ruley, Betty Clan and Otis “Bus” Hill, Jr.
