Phillip Clements age 59, Campbellsville, died Tuesday, at University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington Ky.
He survived by his daughter and son- in-law Dana and Michael Milby, Two brothers and sister- in-laws Otis and Shelia Clements, Verrel and Deloris Clements, two sisters and one brother-in-law Ila Dudgeon and Lillian and Jackie Bishop, one grandchild Brennan Mattingly, all of Campbellsville
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 A.M. Friday, September 28, at Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home chapel. Family request visitation from 6 to 8 P.M Thursday, at Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home and after 8 A.M. Friday.
Family chose cremation to follow.
