          Erin Mayhew, age 25, of Campbellsville, died Sunday, November 18th, at the University of Louisville Hospital.

          Erin was the son of the late Eric Mayhew Sr.

          He is survived by his mother Debra Mayhew of Campbellsville, two brothers Eric Mayhew Jr., Derrick Mayhew, one step-brother Wayne Mansfield and one sister Emily Mayhew all of Louisville.  Grandparents Carl Cox of Campbellsville and Emaline Mayhew of Louisville along with a host of family and friends.

          Graveside service and burial for Erin Mayhew were conducted at 11 AM. Wednesday, November 21^st at St. Francis DeSales Cemetery.
