          Gene Allen Hash, age 72, of Campbellsville  died here Saturday, February 16, 2013, at the Taylor Regional Hospital after an illness.

          He is survived by two brothers and one sister, Buddy Hash of Lakeland, Florida, Earl Hash and Jewell Chastain both of Campbellsville and Special Friend China Dickerson.

          Memorial services for Mr. Gene Allen Hash will be held at 3 PM Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel.

          The family request visitation from 2 PM until time of services at Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel.
