Ms. Donna Jean Smith, age 80, of Campbellsville died Monday, June 24, 2013 in Louisville at Baptist East Hospital.
She was survived by one brother and sister-in-law; Reed and Joyce Wood of Nashville, Tennessee and a host of family and friends.
Services for Ms. Donna Jean Smith will be conducted at 1:00 PM Friday, June 28, 2013 at Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Brookside Cemetery.
Family request visitation after 10:30 AM on Friday in chapel of Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home.
