Baby Trinity Faith Rakes, one week old, of Elkhorn died Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at Kosair Children’s Hospital in Louisville, Ky.

She is survived by her parents Casey and Jonathan Rakes of Elkhorn, two brothers; Ethan David Hunter Rakes and Haven Cole Rakes, one sister; Hailey Nicole Richardson, grandparents; Lyle and Connie Rakes and Roger and Tammy Jo Garrett, great grandparents; Ruth Rakes and Stanley and Loretta Garrett.

Graveside services were conducted 1 PM Saturday, August 31, 2013 in Tallow Creek Cemetery.
