Gina Diane Eldridge, 57
Mrs. Gina Diane Eldridge, the daughter of the late Joseph Ray and Anna Smith Sizemore, was born October 13, 1957 in Lincoln Nebraska and departed this life on Thursday, May 14, 2015 in Campbellsville at the Taylor Regional Hospital. She was 57 years of age.
Gina, along with her husband and children, live in Hazard, KY, but was admitted to the hospital while in Campbellsville for the graduation of her son from Campbellsville University.
She was a Registered Nurse and was of the Southern Baptist Faith.
She leaves behind to mourn her passing: Her husband: David W. Bostic, a son: Matthew Allen Eldridge and wife Patricia and a daughter: Meghan Lee Eldridge, all of Hazard, KY.
Two grandchildren; a brother: Donald Joe Sizemore and wife Mariana of Lexington and a host of other relatives and friends.
Cremation Rites were entrusted to L.R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Campbellsville.
There will be no visitation or funeral at this time, however a memorial service will be planned by her family at a later date.
