George William “Bill” Urban, 68
Mr. George William “Bill” Urban, a resident of the Green Hill Manor in Greensburg, formerly of Campbellsville, was born in Chicago, Illinois on April 9, 1947. He departed this life on November 7, 2015 at the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital after a long illness. He was 68 years, 6 months, and 29 days of age. Mr. Urban was a former truck driver for the Concord Company and the Chicago Tribune Newspaper.

Step-children: Christine Singleton and husband Jason, Daniel Shimek, and Sandra Price and husband Noel, all of Campbellsville, and Albert Barker of Bowling Green,

There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Urban on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 12:00 PM EST in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, November 12, from 10:00 AM EST until time for the service.
In following with Mr. Urban’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded him after the services.
