Ada Ruth Thompson Whited, age 94
Ada Ruth Thompson Whited, age 94, formerly of Campbellsville passed away Friday, August 12, 2016 at Community Northview Care Center in Anderson, IN.
Ruth was born in Scioto County, Ohio, the daughter of Byrd and Dorothy Lintz Benner. She was a homemaker for many years prior to moving to Indiana to be near her daughters. She was preceded in death by her first husband, George Thompson as well as her husband, Howard Whited and a son-in-law, Dallas Davis. She was of the Christian Faith and was a member of Woodland Christian Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Susie Davis of Anderson IN and Dottie Ruby and her husband, Paul of Freemont, IN. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren and their spouses, 12 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday August 15th at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Patton officiating. Interment will immediately follow the service at Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
The family request visitation from 12 noon until time for the service at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home on August 15, 2016.
