Allen Parker, age 75, of Campbellsville died Wednesday, September 28, 2016 in Louisville following an illness.

He was born in Taylor County on November 5, 1940 to the late Arthur and Lorena Antle Parker.   Mr. Parker was also preceded in death by a brother, Harlin Parker and a sister, Iona White.

He united in marriage to Betty Faye Grant Parker who survives.  To this union was born one son who survives, Tim Parker and his wife Larana Jill of Louisville, KY.  Also surviving are his two grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth Parker and Hannah Elise Parker, of Louisville.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 1^st at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home with Bro. Doug Roberts officiating and burial to follow at Green River Memorial Cemetery.

The family request visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home prior to the service.
