Martha Louise Ennis Bertram
Martha Louise Ennis Bertram of Campbellsville, daughter of the late William Paul Ennis and Mary Josephine Ennis Pearson, was born October 12, 1942, in Bullitt County, Kentucky. She died January 1, 2017. Her will to live the last 3-1/2 years of her life amazed many, including medical professionals.
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of First United Methodist Church where only God knows the number of hours of her time that she volunteered.
She united in marriage to Phil Allan Bertram March 2, 1963.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters and one son: Deborah Kay Bertram DeMers and husband, Col. Brian DeMers, Martha Phyllis Bertram Arnett and husband, Mark Arnett and Circuit Judge Allan Ray Bertram and his wife, Kelli O’Banion Bertram; six grandchildren: Sierra Kay DeMers, Jacqueline Noel DeMers, Sydney Elizabeth Bertram, Madison Nicole Bertram, Marcus Phillip Arnett and Ava Josephine Arnett; and a special great-niece, Alethea Jannelle DeMers.
She is also survived by three sisters and one brother: Mary Katherine Jolly and husband, Guy, Sharon Kay Beams, Carolyn Sue Tims and Charles Edward Ennis, Sr., several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her brothers: James Wallace Ennis and Willard Earnest Ennis and his wife, Shirley Young Ennis; one brother-in-law, Terry Beams; her beloved step-father, Walter Pearson, Sr. and a niece, Regina Tims.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Saturday, January 7th, 11:00 A.M., First United Methodist Church by Rev. Neil Salvaterra and Rev. Paul J. Dicken;
Saturday, January 7th, additional visitation from 9:00 – 11:00 A.M.
