Pam Bright, 62

Posted by on Sep 25, 2019

Mrs. Pam Bright of Campbellsville was born on December 29, 1956 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Garland and Marjorie (Bohanon) Hunt. She departed this life on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville after an extended illness. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. She had worked in retail sales and was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom. She cherished her family and rarely missed an opportunity to go shopping for them. Her giving heart meant that Christmas shopping wasn’t limited to one season – it was usually a year-long event.

She leaves to carry her legacy:

Three children: Tammy Richards and husband Les of Campbellsville, Chrissy Canada and husband Shawn of Campbellsville, and Jason Bright and wife Robin of Lebanon,

Three brothers: Gary Hunt and wife Marlene of Campbellsville, Kevin Hunt and wife Christy of Burkesville, and Doug Hunt of Campbellsville,

Grandchildren: Hope (husband Cody), Cody, Kelsey, Kooper, Courtney, Brighton, Anniston, Tyler, Jeremy (wife Sydney), and Kendra,

Six great-grandchildren: Kenleigh, Kasen, Audrey, Bryson, Dawson, and Wyatt,

And a host of other family and friends.

She was also preceded in death by a great-granddaughter, Addison.

There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Pam Bright on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home. Bro. Don Gowin will be officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Brookside Cemetery following the service.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, Sep. 27, from 5:00-8:00 PM.
