Danny Ray Forbis

Danny Ray Forbis of Louisville, formerly of Campbellsville, son of the late Ralph Forbis and Jantia Phillips Forbis, was born September 9, 1950 in Hart County, Kentucky.  He died at 9:28 A.M., Wednesday, December 25, 2019 in Louisville.      Age:  69
He professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.
Danny was a former captain of Campbellsville EMS and security officer for armored car for Garda.
Danny was a loving husband and father. He enjoyed music and was a former bass player and singer with several bands including the Turbines, Willie B. Show, the Misfits and the JD Black Band.
He united in marriage to Linda Bell November 14, 1998.
Besides his wife, Linda Forbis of Louisville, he is survived by two sons and one daughter: Scott Forbis of Finley, Tammy Hunt and husband, Jeff and Daniel Forbis of Campbellsville;
six grandchildren: two brothers: Mike Forbis and wife, Carolyn and Lanny Forbis and wife, Pat of Campbellsville; his mothers-in-law: Corine Bell of Columbia and Dixie Wise of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Danny was also preceded in death by a grandson, Blake Whitlow.
