Gary Harris, 42
Mr. Gary Daniel “Rube” Harris of Campbellsville, son of Randall and Judy (Marple) Harris, was born on May 1, 1978 in Taylor County. He departed this life on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at the Taylor Regional Hospital. He was 42 years of age. Mr. Harris was a self-employed roofer and a noted outdoorsman. He was a talented woodworker and enjoyed going fishing and camping as often as he could.
He was preceded in death by his spouse, Mrs. Kim Harris, in 2005.
He leaves to mourn his passing:
His parents: Randall and Judy Harris of Campbellsville,
Three children: Gary Dale “Peanut” Harris of Campbellsville, Logan Aries “Tigger” Harris and fiancé Gracie Embrey of Greensburg, and Joseph Donald Lewis of Campbellsville,
Two stepdaughters: Brooklyn Woodson and Shelby Cruse,
A brother: Joshua Ryan Harris of Campbellsville,
His grandmother: Hallie Harris of Campbellsville,
Four grandchildren: Aubrey, Tinlee, Cambria, and Laveah,
And a host of other family and friends.
The family chose cremation. All funeral services were held privately.
