Audrey Sluder Eastridge
Audrey Sluder Eastridge of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Dewey Sluder and Dora Campbell Sluder, was born September 24, 1921 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She died at 7:37 A.M., Friday, December 18, 2020 in Campbellsville. Age: 99
She was a retired homemaker. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville First Church of God. Audrey loved her church and was a faithful thither up until her death. Her family was her pride and joy.
Audrey enjoyed working in her flowers and suffered many a fall when she wouldn’t quit digging in the dirt. Audrey was a bundle of joy to be around and made friends easily.
She united in marriage to Robert Lee Eastridge November 14, 1937 he preceded her in death May 10, 2001.
She is survived by two grandchildren: Jay Eastridge and wife, Jessica of Campbellsville, and Meredith Jaskowski and husband, John of Nashville, Tennessee; five great-grandchildren: Lauren Dunham and husband, Mike of Somerset, John Robert Eastridge and wife, Alyssa, Chloe Eastridge and fiancé, Chanson Atkinson of Campbellsville, Kensi Moore and Jace Moore of Nashville, Tennessee; two great-great-grandchildren: Easton Dunham and Hudson Dunham; daughter-in-law, Lisa Eastridge; three brothers and one sister: Bill Sluder and Coy Sluder and wife, Mary of Campbellsville, Wayne Sluder of Hartford City, Indiana, and Imogene Compton of Columbus, Indiana; one sister-in-law, JoAnn Sluder of Campbellsville; special friend, Judy Harden several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Audrey was also preceded in death by three sons: Bobby Eastridge, JD Eastridge, and Billy Eastridge; two daughters-in-law: Judy Eastridge and Terry Eastridge; four brothers and one sister: Doyle Sluder, Elmer Sluder, Winfrey Sluder, Ray Sluder, and Edith Ferguson.
