Faubus Cox Switzer, 62

Posted by on Dec 6, 2022

Mr. Faubus Cox Switzer of Bardstown passed from this life on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at his home. Born in Jeffersontown on June 14, 1960 to the late Richard Mitchell and Mildred Lucille (Wilkins) Switzer, he was 62 years of age at the time of his passing. Mr. Switzer loved sci-fi movies and working with his hands, and enjoyed making speakers or tinkering on cars. He was a devoted husband and a cherished dad (that made the best omelettes), and very likely could be voted the worlds best grandpa.
He leaves to cherish his memory:
His wife: Tina Sue (Johnson) Switzer,
A daughter: Fannah Renea Hall and husband Derek,
Three grandchildren: A’Miracle Mercy Hall, Josiah Matthew Hall, and Malachiah Andrew Hall,
Three brothers: Richard Mitchell Switzer, Junius Owen Switzer and wife Donna, and Luther Roosevelt Switzer and wife Ellen,
And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Switzer on Friday, December 9, 2022 at 12:00 noon at the Bardstown Apostolic Sanctuary, 111 Plaza Dr, Bardstown, KY. Pastor Tim Acree will officiate. Interment will follow in the Bardstown City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the church on Friday, Dec. 9, from 10:00 AM until time for the service.
