Dallas Shuman of Campbellsville, son of Tammy Jo Lane Ward, was born March 29, 1990 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died Saturday, May 20, 2023 in Campbellsville. Age: 33
He was a 2009 graduate of Taylor County High School. He was kind hearted and giving and was happy in his own world. Dallas enjoyed video games and watching movies.
He is survived by his mother, Tammy Ward of Campbellsville; one sister, Autumn Edwards of Campbellsville; grandmother, Carol Sue Underwood; grandfather, Harold D. Lane; three uncles and one aunt: Barry Lane, Derek Fromm, David Satterfield and Sherry Russelburg; cousins: Courtney Imus, Justin Lane, Michael Lane, Ricky McDonald and Tommy Russell; special friends: Jeddy Chastain, Dalton Baker, Jeramie Bagby, Cory Smith and John Marple and many other relatives and friends.
