Glen Hooper

Glen Hooper of Campbellsville, son of Venita Hargis and Tim Hooper, was born May 17, 1995 in Henderson County.  He died at 7:18 P.M., Monday, September 30, 2024 in Campbellsville.      Age: 29

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church.

Glen was an employee of Green River Lake State Park.

He loved everyone, deeply valued his friends and made sure that all who were around him were happy. He could do anything that he set his mind to. Glen was a free-spirited man with a gracious heart. He loved his bicycle and had a collection of guitars that he was very proud of.

Glen is survived by his father, Tim Hooper of Campbellsville; his mother, Venita Hargis of Campbellsville; two brothers:  Clay Hooper and wife, Whitney Ballinger Hooper and Neil Hooper; one niece and one nephew:  Addie Hooper and Jaxson Hooper and many other relatives and friends.

A special thank you to all first responders, Green River Lake State Park staff, and everyone who has helped during this difficult time.
