Rebecca Wells of Campbellsville, daughter of Eddie Wells and Doris Bowman Wells Wooley, was born April 14, 1957, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She died at 2:00 A.M., Tuesday, July 14, 2009 in Campbellsville. Age: 52
She was employed in the cleaning profession.
She professed faith in Christ and was of the United Pentecostal Faith.
She is survived by two sons: Donald Cook and William Cook of Campbellsville; six grandchildren: Logan Cook, Sarah Cook and Kelsey Cook of Russell Springs,
Ma Kenna Cook, Johnna Georgia Cook and John Briar Cook of Campbellsville;
her mother and step-father, Doris Wooley and Roy Wooley of Liberty; father, Eddie Wells of Louisville; two brothers and one sister: Eric Wells and Michael Wells of Liberty and Ramonna Owens of Louisville; one half-brother, Roy Wooley, Jr. of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by one son, John Edward Cook, Jr. December 10, 2001.

Richard Douglas Rakes, 65, of Elkhorn Rd, Campbellsville, died Monday, July 13, 2009 at Taylor Regional Hospital.
He was the son of the late Dennis and Nellie Mae Rakes. Also preceding him in death was one stepchild, Mary Haggerty, two brothers, Carl Eugene Rakes and George Lawrence Rakes, one sister Gertrude Rakes.
He is survived by his wife, Roxie Lawson Rakes of Campbellsville, his children and spouses, Michael and Michelle Rakes, Robert and Jennifer Rakes, Andrew Rakes, Megan Rakes all of Campbellsville, Amy Rakes of Lebanon, stepchildren, Betty Fowler of Bradfordsville, Jackie Lawson, Judy Tungate, Clemmie Lawson, all of Elkhorn, Rosie Legan of Indiana, Keith Lawson, Brenda Rakes, Charlotte Wethington, Jeannie Colvin all of Campbellsville, six grandchildren, several step grandchildren, and several great grandchildren, one brother, William Randy Rakes of Bradfordsville, four sisters, Helena Rakes of Campbellsville, Carolyn Roller of Bradfordsville, Linda Mattingly of Lebanon and Martha McFarland of Liberty.

Thornton Crum, age 56, of Eads Street, Campbellsville, died Friday, July 10, 2009 at Taylor Regional Hospital
He was the son of the late Willie and Goldie Crum, he was also preceded in death by his brother, John Hickman, sisters, Norma Jean Harrison, Opal Melton and Joyce Henderson.
He is survived by his wife, Lois Lea Crum, of Campbellsville, his son, Thornton Crum, Jr. Of Campbellsville and two daughters, Cathy Ann Crum and Melissa Carol Crum both of Campbellsville, three grandchildren, James Thornton Crum, Jennie Kay and Joh Ersel Crum, three brothers, Larry Crum of Indiana, Paul Crum of Campbellsville, Cecil Crum of Florida, two sisters, Thelma Whitt and Linda Penix of Campbellsville.

Audrey Esther Christie Bright, 90, of Campbellsville, Kentucky, died Saturday at the Grandview Nursing Home after an illness.
She was the daughter of the late Ed and Maude Christie. She was also preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Bright, one grandson Matthew Bright, three brothers Garnett Christie, Harland Christie, and Marlin Christie, and two sisters Mayloa Campbell and Edna Roberts. She was a member of the Elk Horn Baptist Church.
