Ashley Moore of Campbellsville, daughter of Sharon Reynolds Booth and husband, Ronnie, was born October 16, 1983 in Hardin County, Kentucky. She died at 6:10 A.M., Monday, March 21, 2016 in Larue County as a result of injuries suffered in a motor vehicle accident. Age: 32
She was an employee of Curtis Maruyasu in Lebanon.
She professed faith in Christ and attended New Journey Church and Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She united in marriage to Scotty Moore August 11, 2011.
Besides her husband, Scotty Moore of Campbellsville, she is survived by
two daughters: Allie Moore of Campbellsville and Taylor Harvard of Elizabethtown; her mother, Sharon Booth and husband, Ronnie of Campbellsville; two brothers and one sister: Chris Benningfield of Bowling Green, Lane Booth and wife, Brooke and Jessica Davis and husband, Jacob of Campbellsville; grandparents: Leaman Benningfield and Dehlia Booth; aunts and uncles: Jennifer Hatcher and husband, Mark, Karon Reynolds, John Carter, Colleen Berry and Roger Benningfield; two nieces and three nephews: Dehlia Benningfield, Isabelle Davis, Will Davis, Tyler Booth and Lawson Booth; and many other relatives and friends.
Her daughter, Brooklyn Layne Carothers, also died in the accident.
She was also preceded in death by her grandfather, Jody Booth.

Mr. George E. Maynard, Jr. of Campbellsville, son of the late George E., Sr. and Opal (Baisden) Maynard, was born in Kermit, West Virginia on March 10, 1945. He departed this life on March 19, 2016 in Cincinnati, Ohio after an extended illness. He was 71 years and 9 days of age. Mr. Maynard professed faith in Christ and attended the East Campbellsville Church of God. He was married to Mrs. Ann Maynard, who preceded him in death in 2003. Mr. Maynard retired from the Fruit of the Loom Factory after 31 years of service; however, because he loved people, he would continue to work at Amazon and as a driver for the local Amish community. He loved laughter, children, family, and sports so it came natural for him to coach both little league baseball and football. Memories of him with his family gathered around a table of good food will be forever cherished by those closest to him.
He leaves to mourn his passing:
One daughter and two sons: Alison Maynard , Roger Dale Maynard and wife Tina Daniels-Maynard, and B.K. Maynard and wife Martha-Gail, all of Campbellsville,
Three sisters: Eloise Bea Baker and husband W.K., and Debbie Sapp and husband Tommy, Jr., all of Campbellsville, and Della Mae Damron of Greensburg,
One granddaughter: Madison Grace Maynard, and a host of extended family and friends.
Besides his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Barbara Rose, Corina Sue Bault, and Lois Jean “Toby” Evans.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Maynard on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 11:00 AM EST in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718. Bro. Robbie Spencer and Bro. Billy Adams will be officiating.
Interment will be in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3878 Greensburg Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, March 21, 2016 from 5:00-8:00 PM EST.

Garnett Davis of Campbellsville, son of the late Edgar Davis and Jessie Mae Speer Davis was born January 12, 1926 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at
7:05 A.M., Saturday, March 19, 2016 in Campbellsville. Age: 90
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Salem Baptist Church.
He was a veteran of World War II having served his country honorably in the United States Army as a Military Policeman and was awarded the Combat Infantry Badge, Rifle and Pistol Sharpshooter, EAME Theater Ribbon W/2 Bronze Stars, Good Conduct Medal, Victory Medal World War II Army of Occupation Medal Germany.
He was a member of the Elkhorn Masonic Lodge #568 F & AM.
He was a retired farmer.
He united in marriage to Bernice Hash July 4, 1946. She preceded him in death
August 30, 2011.
He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Will and Donna Davis of Campbellsville; one grandson, Jeremiah Davis and wife, Tabetha and two great grandsons: Elliott Davis and Evan Davis all of Campbellsville; three sisters and two brothers: Louise Kerr of Dayton, Ohio, Jean Mattingly of Bardstown and Margaret Marples, Johnny Davis and Bobby Davis of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by one grandson, Joshua Ryan Davis, April 25, 2013 and three brothers and two sisters: Lee Davis, Shelby Ray Davis, William C. Davis, Barbara Collins and Edna Kerr.

Kenneth “Boone” Bridgewater, age 57, of Bowling Green, formerly of Campbellsville died Sunday, March 13th in Bowling Green.
He is survived by a brother, James Owen Bridgewater of Campbellsville, a sister-in-law, Nannie McKay, of Lebanon, a nephew, George Bridgewater of Lebanon; four nieces, Pamela Page of Indianapolis, Janice Hernandez of Atlanta, Diane VanCleave and Nancy (Arthur) Pettigrew of Campbellsville and several cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12 noon Saturday, March 19th at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in Miller Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Henry Smith, Bob Smith, George Smith, Skippy McKay, Mikle Owen and James Johnson.
The family requests visitation after 10 a.m. Saturday until time for the service.

Donna Sallee Murray of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Howett Sallee and Sarah Campbell Sallee, was born July 28, 1926, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 6:45 P.M., Monday, March 14, 2016 in Lebanon. Age: 89
She was a retired employee of Walmart in Campbellsville.
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.
She united in marriage to Kermit Murray October 18, 1943. He preceded her in death January 21, 2005.
She is survived by three brothers: Willard Sallee and Arnold Sallee and wife, Lola of Campbellsville and Leroy Sallee and wife, Betty of Gibson City, Illinois;
one sister-in-law, Lula Sallee of Campbellsville; two brothers-in-law, Gerald “Hodge” Skaggs and Tom Mardis of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters: Stanley Sallee, William Sallee, Louvenia Mardis, Dimple Skaggs and Marjory Sallee.

Carolyn Sue Garrett, the daughter of Johnnie Wiser and Connie Sue (Oldson) Atwood and husband Robert, all of Campbellsville, was born August 30, 1970 in Marion County and departed this life on Monday, March 14, 2016 in Greenville at the Muhlenberg Community Hospital. She was 45 years of age.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Methodist Faith. She was a former employee of Amazon and was a homemaker.
Besides her parents, she is survived by her husband: Arthur Lee Garrett of Louisville; three children: Jonathan Wiser, Stevi Renee Shirley and Christopher Alia all of Campbellsville.
Three half-siblings: Jonilynn Wiser of Casey County, Rona Ashburn of Mannsville and Donald Wayne Wiser of Brandfordsville.
Also her grandmother: Lorene Oldson of Campbellsville; her nieces and nephew: Rebecca Johnson, Whitney Johnson and Cole Shroyer and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral service for Carolyn Sue Garrett will be conducted Thursday, March 17, 2016 in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Merrimac Cemetery with Bro. Raymond Atwood officiating.
