Joyce Goff of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Jess W. Wilkerson and Cordelia Johnson Wilkerson, was born October 12, 1939, in Taylor County, Kentucky.
She died at 3:35 P.M., Tuesday, October 27, 2015 in Louisville. Age: 76
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church. She was a retired employee of the Farm Service Agency in Campbellsville.
She united in marriage to Cecil “Gus” Goff, Jr. October 12, 1957. He preceded her in death September 10, 1993.
She is survived by her son-in-law, Terry White; two grandchildren: Ashley Judd and husband, J. P. and Anthony White; a sister-in-law, Linda Gabehart, all of Campbellsville; several nieces and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Donna White October 7, 2015 and a brother, Colby Wilkerson August 2, 1987.

Elwanda Miller of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Albert Wilkerson and Lucy Leora Foley Wilkerson, was born September 11, 1925 in Russell County. She died at 5:40 P.M., Friday, October 23, 2015 in Campbellsville. Age: 90
She was a former employee of WTCO Radio Station and Coppock’s Feed and Seed.
She united in marriage to Marshall Miller June 4, 1948. He preceded her in death November 16, 1988.
She is survived by a son, James Miller of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister: D. B. Wilkerson, David Wilkerson and Daisy Foley.

Cathy Faye Lesley of Campbellsville, daughter of the late, Kanowha Ritchie and Margie Everage Ritchie was born July 23, 1961 in Knott County, Kentucky.
She died at 6:00 A.M., Saturday, October 24, 2015 in Campbellsville. Age: 54
She professed faith in Christ and was of the Christian Faith.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Dewey Lesley; one daughter, Amanda Skaggs and husband, Brandon; three grandsons: Jacob, Manny and Frankie Skaggs; two sisters: Diane Amburgey and husband, Johnny and Janie Ritchie of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Kevin Ritchie October 18, 2013.

Mrs. Linda Lou Upchurch, age 59 of Campbellsville, passed away on Thursday in Campbellsville at her residence.
Survivors include: two daughters and a son: Marcella Sutherland, Moneda Frank and Neal Upchurch, all of Campbellsville.
Two sisters: Teresa Lindsey of Paducah and Brenda Husband of Louisville.
A brother: Michael Mattingly of Campbellsville.
Her former companion: Reed Upchurch of Campbellsville.
8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral service for Mrs. Linda Lou Upchurch, will be conducted Monday at 12 Noon in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
Visitation from 5-8 PM on Sunday at L.R. Petty Funeral Home

Roy Mace, Sr., 71, of Campbellsville died Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville.
He was born March 17, 1944 in Columbus, Indiana to the late Harold and Nellie Hickey Mace. He was preceded in death by his wife, Freda in 2013.
He is survived by his children, Roy Mace, II, Victoria Mace, James Mace and his wife, Daphne and Russell Mace all of Columbus, IN; Ida Yeadon and her husband, Johnny of Russell Springs, Stacey Strong of Campbellsville, Naline Mace of Butlerville, IN and Roy Mace III of Hopkins County, KY; 17 grandchildren; and brothers, Bobby Mace and his wife, Patty and Jimmy Mace of Florida.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24th at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home with burial at Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.

James “Jim” Blakeman of Elk Horn, son of Mary Frances Durham Blakeman and the late Melvin Blakeman, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, July 10, 1944. He died at 5:46 A.M., Wednesday, October 21, 2015 in Elk Horn. Age: 71
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Stoner Creek United Methodist Church.
He was a retired employee of Ford Motor Company and a former employee of Ancil Reynolds RV Sales and Taylor County Bank.
He united in marriage to Judy McDermott March 15, 1963.
Besides his wife, Judy Blakeman of Elk Horn, he is survived by two daughters: Mary Jackson and husband, Jim of Louisville and Melissa Webb and husband, Gary of Tullahoma, Tennessee; three grandchildren: Mallory Webb and Samantha Webb of Tullahoma, Tennessee and Wil Jackson of Louisville; his mother, Mary Frances Blakeman of Campbellsville; three brothers and two sisters: Garry Blakeman and wife, Patsy, Larry Blakeman and wife, Paula, Linda Edrington and Carole Blakeman of Campbellsville and Charles Blakeman and wife, Linda of Shepherdsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Phyllis Milby, age 67, of Campbellsville, died Tuesday, October 20, 2015 in Lexington.
She worked as a police dispatcher and was a member of the American Legion Auxillary.
Phyllis was born September 26, 1948 to Thomas and Alice Hudgins Close. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Geri Hunt; sisters, Helena Warren, Frances Benningfield, Faye Sallee, Wanda Stone, Dorothy Davis, Betty Chick, Nancy Druin, Lula Warren and Marcella Close and brothers Bobby Close and Dean Close.
She is survived by two sons, Jacky Hunt and his wife, Marlena of Bowling Green and Jason Milby and his companion, Marcella of Campbellsville, 12 grandchildren; a brother Russell Close of Arizona and two sisters, Lorene Caulk and Marilyn Sue Holmes of Campbellsville.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, October 23rd at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Benningfield Cemetery in Marion County.

She united in marriage to Coy L. Cox November 25, 1966. He preceded her in death June 25, 2009.

Mr. Joe H. “Durwood” Williams, the son of the late, H. Gilmer and Essie Lorene Sexton Williams, was born February, 5, 1936 in Drop, Texas and departed this life on Friday, October 16, 2015 in Campbellsville at the Taylor Regional Hospital. He was 79 years of age.
He attended the Old Trinity Primitive Baptist Church in Denton, TX, he was a former Dairyman and HVAC Contractor, and a small business-owner. He served his country honorably as a United States Veteran.
Survivors include his wife: Sandra L. Kennedy Williams of Columbia; a son: Shawn Henry Williams and his wife Susie Trejo Williams of Campbellsville; two daughters: Allison Williams Carter of Evans, Georgia and Tammi Lea Ward of Haskell, TX; a sister: Brenda Joyce Carter and husband Coy of Justin, TX and a sister-in-law: Doris Williams of Justin, TX. Four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mr. Williams was preceded in death by a brother: Arthur Williams.
The funeral service for Mr. Joe H. “Durwood” Williams, will be conducted Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Old Trinity Primitive Baptist Church in Denton, TX with burial to follow in the Trinity Cemetery. Elder Vernon Johnson and Elder Dale Turner will be officiating.

Dwight V. Cave, 88, passed from his earthly home to his heavenly home on October 15, 2015 at 2:00 PM.
As a young man, he answered the call to duty and joined the United States Navy. He was in the Navy a short time before the second world war ended but was kept in the reserves until he was 50 years old.
He retired from Ford Motor Company in April 1982 after 30 years of service. He continued to work for himself by moving people, helping others, and doing work for his church. He was a farmer at heart. After moving to Campbellsville in 1997, he owned his dream farm. He enjoyed working on his farm and it was hard on him when he could no longer work.
He was a member of Pittman Lodge No 124 F&AM and a member of the Scottish Rite.
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Temple. He loved his family and was proud of all of them.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Della (Cave) Burress, and his father, William Virgil Roberts; a son, Steven Dwight Cave, and daughter, Diane Mahoney, and two step-daughters, Norma Jean Veech and Sharon Lynn Lees.
He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Rose (Cundiff) Cave. Other survivors include his children; sons, Larry Cave, Danny Cave, Rodney Cave; daughter, Shelia Kiper; all of Louisville; stepchildren, Cynthia Ito and husband Hiro of Honolulu, HI, and Belinda Finn and husband David, and David Wayne Peebles, all of Louisville and Patricia Adams and husband John of Ohio.
Fifteen grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and a host of great-great grandchildren and other extended family and close friends.
Funeral will be at L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Road, Campbellsville, KY on Saturday, October 18, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. with visitation from 12-2 PM. Entombment will be in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
