Robert William (Bill) Lenihan of Campbellsville, son of the late Harold Gene Lenihan and Dorothy Margaret Garner Lenihan, was born February 3, 1947 in Lamar, Colorado. He died at 12:23 A.M., Saturday, October 17, 2009 in Campbellsville. Age: 62 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Saloma Baptist Church.He served his country honorably in the United States Army and the National Guard.He was an employee of Cox Interior in Campbellsville.He united in marriage to Jackie Lee Perkins December 17, 1966. She preceded him in death January 18, 1997.He united in marriage to Sharon Maupin Franklin November 5, 2005.Besides his wife, Sharon Lenihan of Campbellsville, he is survived by one daughter and two sons Jennifer Armstrong and husband Scott and Michael Robert Lenihan of Moorpark, California and William Gene Lenihan of Huntington Beach, California; two step-sons: Rev. Nora Irene Cecil of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Illie Pierce and Sarah Belle Childers Pierce was born October 13, 1923 in Hart County, Kentucky. She died at 10:50 P.M., Friday, October 16, 2009 in Campbellsville. Age: 86
She united in marriage to Earl M. Johnson who preceded her in death in 1944.
She united in marriage to Leo H. Cecil December 21, 1951. He preceded her in death March 31, 1980.
She is survived by two sons and one daughter and their spouses: David Earl and Norma Jean Johnson, Sherry Lynn and Doug Brockman, and Phillip Leo and Billie Jo Cecil of Campbellsville; seven grandchildren: Dwayne Earl Johnson of Somerset, Anthony Todd Johnson of Greensburg, Lauren Nicole Brockman of Louisville, Tyler Steven Edrington, Lyndsey Danielle Brockman, Natalie Grace Brockman, and Makayla Lashae Cecil of Campbellsville; two great-grandsons: Daniel Earl Johnson and Jacob Lee Johnson; one great-great-grandson, Zachary Johnson; two sisters and three brothers: Velma Jordan of Allegre, Kentucky, Mary Williams, Ralph Pierce, Hershel Pierce and Willie Pierce of Russellville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by one great-granddaughter, Crystal Sue Johnson; one brother and three sisters: Linard Pierce, Kathleen Pierce, Bertha Fuller, and Barbara Thompson.

Francis C. Burnham of Campbellsville, son of the late Clyde Burnham and Edith Grandstaff, was born in Warwick, Oklahoma, July 12, 1920. He died at 2:00 A.M., Thursday, October 15, 2009, in Campbellsville. Age: 89
He had professed faith in Christ and attended Lighthouse Tabernacle in Knifley, Kentucky.
He was a former maintenance employee of the Public School System.
He was a veteran of World War II having served his country honorably in the United States Army.
He is survived by one son and two daughters: Susan Brown and husband, Ray of Elk Horn, Gary C. Burnham of N. Huntington, Pennsylvania and Donna Sommers of Jeffersonville, Indiana; four grandchildren: Aaron Burnham, Garett Burnham, Diane Burnham and Kari Burnham; two great-grandchildren: Alex Burnham and Grace Burnham; one brother and three sisters: Bonita Switzer and Clara Peters of Watsonville, California, Lola Hart of Coralitos, California and Bob Rackley of Sacramento, California; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by two sisters: Betty Frank and Loretta Hall.

Lena May Phillips of Louisville, formerly of Campbellsville, daughter of Rufus S. Shreve and Pearl May Shreve, was born February 28, 1931, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died Saturday, October 10, 2009 in Louisville. Age: 78
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Old Oakdale United Methodist Church, (now Gateway Community United Methodist Church).
She was a retired schoolteacher with the Jefferson County Public School System.
She united in marriage to William Doug Phillips. He preceded her in death August 17, 2006.
She is survived by one son, Martin ldquo;Martyrdquo; Phillips of Louisville; three grandchildren: Brandy Phillips, Sean Phillips and Ashley Adcock Ryan of Louisville; two great-grandchildren; one sister and one brother, Frances Bright of Campbellsville and Rollin Shreve of Florida; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Connie Adcock and three brothers: Frank E. Shreve, J. Millard Shreve and Henry Shreve.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Elk Horn Baptist Church.
She was a member of the Emmaus Community.
She was a noted bookkeeper in Campbellsville for many years.
She united in marriage to Manuel Sapp January 31, 1959.

James Thomas Phillips of Campbellsville, son of the late James Matthew Phillips and Mildred Warner Phillips, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, March 24, 1912. He departed this life at 4:25 P.M., Saturday, October 10, 2009 in Greensburg. Age: 97
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
He was a retired carpenter.
He united in marriage to Lovely Wright June 1, 1934. She preceded him in death, as well as his oldest daughter, Etha Bryant.
