Toni Sheets, 59, of Danville, Kentucky (formerly of Jeffersonville, Indiana), passed away on June 4, 2023.
Born in Frankfort, Kentucky on January 14, 1964, to parents Ellis Donald Sheets and Marjorie Wayne Sheets, Toni spent most of her formative years in Glasgow, Kentucky where she attended Glasgow High School. Upon graduation in 1982, Toni attended Eastern Kentucky University earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Toni began working for KU/LGE immediately after earning her degree in 1986 and stayed until she retired in 2022. As her job transformed into financial systems, Toni liked to joke that she was a senior accountant who did not do accounting. Toni was an avid reader, theater patron, and an animal lover. She treasured her family and friends and was known for her overwhelming generosity.
Toni was preceded in death by her father, Ellis Donald Sheets and her niece, Sarah Addison Kinnaird. She is survived by her mother, Marjorie Sheets; sisters: Vicki Kinnaird (Jeff Darr), Shari Alexander (Doug Alexander), and Melissa Sheets. Nephews and nieces: Bryant Kinnaird, Emily Kinnaird (Muneeb Arahad), John Bennett Alexander, Maeghann Morrison (Jon Morrison), Christopher Sheets, Benjamin Sheets and Madelyn Sheets, and great-nieces and nephews: Thomas Reid Morrison, Addilynn Mae Morrison and Rhett Michael Morrison.

Darlene Betsy Sherrell of Bradfordsville, daughter of the late Charlie Wright and Mary Rakes Wright, was born December 13, 1937 in Marion County and departed this life on Monday, June 5, 2023 at the Village of Lebanon. She was 85 years of age.
She was a homemaker and a former caregiver. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Arbuckle Baptist Church. She enjoyed talking, cooking, storytelling, woodworking, crafting, and spending time with her family.
Survivors include five sons: Darrell Sherrell and wife Lorrie, Bro. Bo Sherrell and wife Julie, P.J. Sherrell and wife Cathy, Raymond Sherrell and wife Mary, and Roger Lane. One brother: Larry Wright.
Ten grandchildren: Darrell Glen Sherrell, Chastity Gribbins, Kelly Cissell, Brian Sherrell, Bradley Sherrell, Tyler Sherrell, Jason Sherrell, Timothy Sherrell, Elliot Sherrell, and Nikki Lane, eleven great –grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kelly Junior Sherrell, One daughter, Libby Powell, three daughter-in-laws: Nita Sherrell, Sharon Sherrell, and Cathy Lane.
Three sisters: Patsy Smothers, Wanda Lyons, and Rhoda Brady.
The funeral service Darlene Betsy Sherrell will be conducted Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Old Liberty Cemetery in Bradfordsville. Bro. Ricky Rodgers will officiate.
Family requests visitation on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 from 5:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to be donations to Hosparus or Gideon Bibles.
There will be a bereavement meal at the Bradfordsville Community Center following the services.

Brenda Kay Corbin Shofner of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Linward “Buddy” Beal Corbin and Ida Bell Perkins Corbin, was born, June 30, 1950 in Taylor County and departed this life at 12:28 P.M. on Friday, June 2, 2023 at Baptist Health Louisville. She was 72 years of age.
She enjoyed being a mother to her twin sons, cooking and working in her flowers. She was a former employee of Big-K in Elmhurst Plaza having worked in the shoe dept. She was an avid UK fan and enjoyed watching basketball.
Survivors include two sons: Brad Derrick Shofner and Chad Eric Shofner of Campbellsville. One brother, Tommy Corbin and wife Cindy of Campbellsville. Two grandchildren: Saylor Bleu Shofner and Dalton Trey Shofner, one great-granddaughter: Lylah Erin Shofner.
Her nieces: Trista Corbin Moss and husband Ryan and Melinda Shirrell
Her nephews: Blake Corbin and wife Jamie.
Several great nieces and nephews: Aria Corbin, Lincoln Corbin, Cora Moss, Lily Moss, Brandon Thompson, and Amberly Thompson Pittman.
Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Lillie Mae Shirrell.
She is also survived by special friends and caregivers: Beth Frazier and Taylor Brewer.
The funeral service Brenda Kay Corbin Shofner will be conducted Saturday, June 10, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Brookside Cemetery.

Doris Marilyn Williams, of Lebanon, formerly of Campbellsville, was born, September 8, 1947 in Taylor County to the late Hubert l. and Evelyn (Noel) Cox, and departed this life on Saturday, June 3, 2023 in Lebanon at her home.
She was 75 years of age.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended the God’s Friendship Chapel in Campbellsville and was a homemaker.
She united in marriage to Richard Lee Williams on December 6, 1962 and passed away on January 17, 2010.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in the death by thirteen brothers and sisters and a grandson: Jordan Chandler Williams.
Survivors include her children: Kimberly (Philip) Smith of Indiana, Ricky (Dana) Williams, Shannon (Robbie) Wilson all of Campbellsville, Steven D. (Angela) Williams of Lebanon and Shaune (Lisa) Williams of Louisville.
Also two sisters and two brothers: Patsy McDonald, Carroll Keith Cox, Lana Pendleton and Timmie Cox; eleven grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren; a special friend and caregiver: Carole Hogan and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral service for Doris Marilyn Williams will be conducted Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Green River Memorial Cemetery.

Isamae Adams of Bradfordsville, KY, the daughter of the late Irvin Courtwright and Jane Goode Courtwright, was born June 11, 1930 in Marion County, KY and departed this life on Thursday, June 1, 2023 in Campbellsville. She was 92 years of age.
She had professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Pleasant Valley Christian Church in Bradfordsville. She was a homemaker and had been employed in the restaurant business for over twenty years. She enjoyed music and playing instruments of all kinds by ear. She had performed at Renfro Valley and many other places all over the United States. She was also known as a painting artist.
She is survived by three sons and one daughter: Kenny Adams, Marty Adams and wife Bridget, and Darren Adams, all of Bradfordsville. Annette Malone and husband Dan of Lebanon. One son-in-law, David Rakes of Lebanon.
Five grandchildren: Terry Wilson (Beth), Bobbie Jean Todd (Jeff), Krystal Adams, Derek Adams (Allison), and Kellan Adams. Fourteen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Adams, a daughter, Anna Fay Rakes, two sisters, Lucille Matherly and Bobbi Jean Courtwright, and one brother, Danny Courtwright, and a grandchild, Amanda Jo Adams.
There will be a funeral service for Isamae Adams on Monday June 5, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at the Pleasant Valley Christian Church in Bradfordsville, KY with burial to follow in the Weatherford Cemetery. Bro. Delane Pinkston and Bro. Bill Miller will officiate.

Byron Steven Myers, 46, of Coxs Creek, Kentucky, son of William “Steve” Myers and Margaret Mattingly, was born September 18th, 1976, in Lebanon, Kentucky, and departed this life on Wednesday May 31st, 2023, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
Byron was an avid fan of drag racing.
He professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Mary Frances Lee of Campbellsville passed from this life on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at her home. Daughter of the late Lemuel and Mattie (Farmer) Mardis, she was born in Taylor County on September 29, 1941 and was 81 years of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Pitman Valley Baptist Church. Mrs. Lee was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom and was an in-home childcare provider for many years. She was the devoted wife of Charles Wayne Lee, who preceded her in death in 2003.
She leaves to cherish her memory:
Two daughters: Lisa Lee Webb and Erica Lee,
A brother: Harold Mardis and wife Eunonia,
Sisters-in-law: Nellie Mardis, Shirley Mardis, and Ailene Mardis,
A close friend: Linda Sluder,

Pat Masters of Campbellsville, daughter of the late James Humphrey and Olga Christensen Humphrey, was born July 19, 1938, in Jefferson County, Kentucky. She died at 12:54 P.M., Saturday, May 27, 2023 in Campbellsville. Age: 84
She professed faith in Christ and was a former member of the Whitesburg United Methodist Church from 1971-1997 and a current member of Campbellsville First Methodist Church where she took an active role in financial and administrative committees.
Pat was a Registered Pharmacist, a member of Lambda Kappa Sigma fraternity, a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels, and an honorary officer of the National Society of Pershing Rifles. She loved flowers, especially azalea and rose bushes. Pat was a fashionista who enjoyed shopping, and a bit of a foodie who enjoyed cooking when she was able. She liked to read, keep up with her grandchildren and grand-dogs, and was an avid Wildcats fan.
She united in marriage to Lloyd Gene Masters September 15, 1963 and he preceded her in death October 14, 2006.
She is survived by three daughters: Elizabeth Simpson and husband, Jack of Cleveland, Ohio; Jane Virag and husband, David of Johns Creek, Georgia; and Amy Masters and husband, Michael Clapp of Louisville; five grandchildren: Drew Simpson, Brendan Simpson, Emily Virag, Eleanor Virag and Alexander Clapp; one sister, Jane Blevins and husband, Barry of Campbellsville; a niece and a nephew and many other relatives and friends.

Dale Willis of Campbellsville, son of the late Phillip Elza Willis and Laura Ann Wilkerson Willis, was born May 6, 1941 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 8:03 A.M., Thursday, May 25, 2023 in Lexington. Age: 82
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Green River Memorial Baptist Church.
Dale was self-employed. He also served on the National Street Rod Association Kentucky Safety Team, Taylor County Air Board and a dedicated member of the Tri-County Car Club.
He united in marriage to Betty Sue Dile November 3, 1961.
Besides his wife, Betty Sue Willis of Campbellsville, he is survived by two daughters: Jacqueline Dale Willis Denton and husband, Matthew and Susan Dale Willis Williams and husband, David of Campbellsville; six grandchildren: Daley Savage and husband, Andrew of Summer Shade, Mason Sapp and girlfriend, Vasi Wilk, Andrea “Andi” Coppage and husband, Jarrett and MaKayla Williams of Campbellsville, Lauren Poppe and husband, Sean and Cole Denton of Elizabethtown; two great-grandchildren: Avery Savage and Lukas Williams; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Sherry Raffety of Campbellsville, daughter of James R. “Boody” Benningfield and the late Shirley McNear Benningfield, was born November 21, 1964 in Marion County, Kentucky. She died at 9:36 A.M., Wednesday, May 24, 2023 in Louisville. Age: 58
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church.
Sherry was employed as a medical assistant.
She united in marriage to Larry Raffety June 12, 1982.
Sherry loved everyone; she was a good friend and caregiver like no other. She loved to laugh and joke and was an inspiration to others. Her family called her “The Queen.”
Besides her husband, Larry Raffety of Campbellsville, she is survived by two daughters: Christy Higdon and husband, Nick of Big Clifty and Jessie Newton and husband, J. D. of Finley; one grandson, Bradley Newton; her father, James R. “Boody” Benningfield of Finley; one brother, Brian Benningfield and companion, Tammy Hayes of Finley; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Sherry was also preceded in death by a sister, Angela Sue Benningfield Shipp.
