Cathy Routt, 54

Mrs. Cathy Renee Routt of Campbellsville passed from this life on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 in Louisville at the Norton Hospital. She was born to Donald Brockman of Campbellsville and the late Joyce (Bell) Burress on April 6, 1965. She was 54 years, 7 months, and 20 days of age. Mrs. Routt was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom and a homemaker. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.

Besides her father, she leaves to mourn her passing: Her husband: Don Routt of Campbellsville,

One son: Timothy Williams and wife Kristen of Greensburg,

Four stepchildren: Nathan, Brian, Theresa, and Donald, Jr.,

Four siblings: Ricky Brockman and wife Brenda, Tammy Caldwell and husband Terry, and Lynn Knifley and husband Ryan, all of Campbellsville, and Michael Brockman and wife Tonya of Mt. Sterling,

Several grandchildren, including: Emilee, Lane, Lacey, Christopher, and Carley,

And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Routt on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY. Burial will follow in the Mt. Washington Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, November 29, from 5:00-8:00 PM.

Kay Shipp

Kay Shipp of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Chester Arthur Benningfield and Ivan Martin Benningfield, was born November 7, 1940, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 10:05 P.M., Tuesday, November 26, 2019 in Campbellsville. Age: 79
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Kay was a retired employee of Citizens Bank and Trust Company after forty-four years of service where she was Head Cashier and Assistant Vice President.
Her love of farming started at a young age as she and her sisters would milk before school in the mornings. She continued farming throughout her life and especially enjoyed caring for the calves on the family farm.
She united in marriage to Willie Ray Shipp June 2, 1963 and he preceded her in death March 23, 2011.
She is survived by two sons: Louis Shipp and David Shipp and wife, Janice of Campbellsville; one granddaughter, Annie Kay Shipp of Campbellsville; two step-grandchildren: Natalie Sallee and husband, Arron of California and Andrew Bowen and wife, Brandy of Magnolia; four step-great-grandchildren: Presley Sallee and Carter Sallee of California, Candace Burk and husband, Dylan of Ft. Knox and Ellie Bowen of Magnolia; one sister, Doris Jean Price of Greensburg; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Kay was also preceded in death by two sisters: Shirley Bennett October 9, 2014 and Christine Benningfield October 3, 2018.

Lucille Ryder of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Henry Harrison and Dolly Dehoney Harrison, was born July 25, 1920 in Adair County, Kentucky. She died at 6:20 A.M., Saturday, November 23, 2019 in Campbellsville. Age: 99
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Robinson Creek Baptist Church.
Lucille worked hard most of her life as a homemaker, seamstress and curtain maker.
She united in marriage to Melvin Graham who preceded her in death and later united in marriage to Thornton Ryder who also preceded her in death.
She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Lloyd and Janet Graham of Argyle, Texas; one grandson, William Harrison Graham and wife, Jessica of Texas and two great-grandchildren: Harrison Thomas Graham and Brooke Lynn Graham; friend and caretaker, Brenda Caldwell of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Lucille was also preceded in death by three brothers: Woodruff Harrison, Woodrow Harrison and Dehoney Harrison.
